Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Specialist. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, developing business strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. The Business Development Specialist will also provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and close new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in lead generation and business development
• Capability to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
