As a Business Development Specialist (BDS) in Ultrafly Solutions, your role will be crucial in expanding our Software Solutions & Digital Marketing services. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and acquire new clients for custom software development, SaaS solutions, and digital marketing services. - Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. - Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competition, and potential business opportunities. - Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches, product demos, and proposals to clients. - Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Negotiation & Closure: Manage pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations effectively. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Software Sales / IT Services / Digital Marketing Sales. - Strong knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and consultative selling. - Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and technology solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
