Business Development Specialist

You are an experienced and results-driven Business Development Specialist (BDS) in Software & Digital Marketing Sales. You will be working at Ultrafly Solutions in Coimbatore, India, with a minimum experience of 1 year in the relevant field. Your primary responsibility will be to expand the company's Software Solutions & Digital Marketing services through B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. You will identify and acquire new clients for custom software development, SaaS solutions, and digital marketing services. To excel in this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in Software Sales, IT Services, or Digital Marketing Sales. Strong knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and consultative selling is essential. Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing strategies, and technology solutions will be advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required to succeed in this target-driven sales environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
