Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The role will focus on two key areas: Lead Generation – Identifying, researching, and creating new business opportunities. Client Engagement & Closure – Arranging meetings, conducting client discussions, sending proposals, and ensuring successful business closure. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end conversion cycle : from prospecting to deal closure. Key Responsibilities Research and identify new business leads across target industries. Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, networking, and professional platforms. Arrange and attend client meetings (online/offline). Prepare and send professional proposals tailored to client requirements. Follow up and drive closure of business deals. Maintain CRM/lead tracker with accurate records of outreach, meetings, and status. Work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with solutions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company’s growth. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Development preferred). 1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably B2B or services). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
