Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, creating and maintaining client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives. The individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
