Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Thane. The Telecaller will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, providing product and service information, handling customer inquiries, and following up on customer leads. The role also involves maintaining customer databases, achieving call targets, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer support
• Basic knowledge of IT services and products
• Proficient in using CRM software and managing customer databases
• Ability to work independently and meet call targets
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
