Share proposals for our IT services via calls and emails, ensuring effective communication. Pre-Sales & Business Development: Reach out to potential business opportunities from inquiries (random or generated) for upselling IT services . Understand client requirements and offer tailored service solutions. Follow-ups & Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups on every contacted lead to ensure conversions. Build and nurture client relationships to maximize long-term opportunities. Daily Reporting & Coordination: Provide daily reports to the Director , detailing activities, lead status, and progress.
