Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise: Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, network & virtualizationtechnologies like VMWare. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues related to Windows operating system.
Servers & Application Onboarding: Provisioning new servers, installing & configuring software, setting up new servers for applications deployments and providing ongoing support.
Problem solving - Ability to analyse problems, identify solutions and implement them effectively. Providing technical assistance on Windows-related problems, networks, firewall,etc.
Disaster Recovery Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of disaster recovery principles, strategies and best practices. Ability to manage projects, timeline and resources effectively
Communication & collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse team and stakeholders
Documentation and reporting: Ability to create clear and concise documentation and reports
