AI Architect

As a Gen AI Architect, you will be responsible for providing architectural leadership in designing and documenting scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures for Gen AI applications. Your primary focus will be to ensure that solutions meet production-grade standards and enterprise requirements. You will be required to evaluate trade-offs in technology choices, design patterns, and frameworks while aligning decisions with Gen AI best practices and software engineering principles. In this role, you will mentor and guide architects and engineers to foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance development environment. Additionally, you will actively contribute to prototyping and implementation using C and Python, as well as drive research and development of core AI Gateway components. A key aspect of your responsibilities will be to develop a responsible and scalable AI Gateway considering factors such as cost efficiency, security and compliance, upgradeability, and ease of use and integration. You will leverage your technical expertise in API-based projects and full lifecycle deployment of Gen AI/LLM applications, along with hands-on proficiency in C and practical experience with Python. You should have expertise in Cloud & DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure AI Services (OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence), AWS Services (EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock), and familiarity with Okta for secure identity and access management. Experience with LLM & Gen AI Tools including LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI SDKs in C will be beneficial. As a Gen AI Architect, you are expected to possess strong leadership and mentorship capabilities, excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, and a passion for advancing AI technologies in production environments. Preferred qualifications include prior leadership in large-scale, production-grade AI initiatives and experience in enterprise technology projects involving Gen AI.
