Your role as a full-time Business Development Specialist in Navi Mumbai will involve lead generation, market research, customer service, and using analytical skills to drive business growth. We are seeking a Sales Specialist who can bring in clients requiring services in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, website development and content writing, as well as content production. Agency experience is a must, along with strong communication, lead generation, market research, and customer service skills. You should possess strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay updated on digital marketing trends. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. You will receive a salary as per industry standard, along with incentives for every closed lead and bonuses upon achieving targets. The ideal candidate should have a maximum of 2 years of experience.
