Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven business growth manager to lead our strategic initiatives and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening market presence, optimizing partnerships, and improving customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth strategy & execution:
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and verticals.
  • Partnerships & alliances
  • Establish and manage partnerships with agencies, brands, or vendors.
  • Negotiate and close B2B deals and collaborations.
  • Sales & revenue expansion:
  • Support sales efforts through lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Set and track revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Market & competitor analysis:
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive benchmarking.
  • Use insights to inform go-to-market strategies and positioning.
  • Marketing collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing teams to craft campaigns that boost growth.
  • Drive digital, performance, and content-led initiatives.
  • Product/service optimization:
  • Provide feedback to product/ops teams based on customer and market insights.
  • Innovate offerings to suit evolving market demands.
