About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups 2. Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees 3. Maintain and update employee records and HR documents 4. Support payroll processing and attendance tracking 5. Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities 6. Assist in performance management and HR policy implementation 7.
