About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and onboarding of new employees. 2. Plan and implement employee engagement activities, address grievances, and contribute to building a positive work culture. 3. Maintain accurate records of attendance and leave balances, track absenteeism, late marks, and assist with holiday planning. 4. Coordinate with the finance team for timely salary processing and assist with statutory compliance records like PF, ESI, and Gratuity. 5. Support performance appraisal cycles, maintain performance logs, and organize feedback records. 6. Manage and update employee files, including contracts and ID cards, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation. 7. Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff. 8. Manage procurement and inventory of office and pantry supplies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing. 9. Arrange travel bookings and provide support for meetings and both internal and external events. 10. Maintain asset records and handle all HR and admin-related documentation, both physical and digital.
