Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth for our mechanical engineering services company. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, understanding technical requirements, and supporting proposal and quotation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and exposure to B2B or engineering services sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in mechanical engineering services
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and key decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience in B2B sales or engineering services is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
