About the Role

Lead our revenue engine and build the partnerships that will define India's finance automation future. You'll own P&L responsibility while architecting growth strategies that turn market opportunity into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic market expansion across SMEs, accounting firms, and enterprise segments
• Build game-changing partnerships with financial service providers, SaaS platforms, and consulting firms
• Lead high-performing sales and business development teams
• Develop channel partner programs and API integration opportunities
• Translate market intelligence into product strategy and revenue growth
• Represent Finnovate AI as a thought leader in finance automation

What We're Looking For

We need a proven revenue architect with deep FinTech expertise and the network to match. You're someone who builds enterprise sales machines, closes deals others can't access, and attracts A-player teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years in SaaS business development or enterprise sales leadership
• Proven track record in fintech markets
• Strong network within accounting, finance, and consulting ecosystems
• Team building expertise with cross-functional leadership skills
• Strategic negotiation abilities with enterprise-level clients
