Job Description

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You’ll drive outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, connect with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and arrange meetings for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospects on LinkedIn and via calls
  • Personalize outreach and follow-up messages
  • Qualify leads through short conversations
  • Set up meetings for clients with target accounts
  • Track outreach in CRM and share feedback
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of B2B outreach, lead gen, or inside sales experience
  • Strong English communication (written + verbal)
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn and CRM tools
  • Comfortable with targets and metrics
  • Prior experience in IT/marketing services is an advantage
