Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Noida. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying business opportunities. The role also includes nurturing client relationships, providing customer service, and supporting the development of strategies to expand the customer base and achieve business growth. Qualifications Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Solid Analytical Skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and performance metrics. Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a team environment; prior experience in business development or related roles is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
