We’re adding a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen both campaign management and social media execution. What You’ll Do Performance Marketing Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Manage budgets, A/B tests, and retargeting to hit CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion goals Build reports and dashboards with Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, Looker Studio Social Media Management Create and execute monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and GMB Coordinate with designers and copywriters to deliver high-quality posts, reels, carousels, and stories Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track growth metrics Run social-first campaigns (contests, polls, influencer tie-ins) to boost organic reach General Research competitors, industry trends, and platform updates Align with content and dev teams to improve funnels and landing pages Experiment with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.) for efficiency What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing + social media management Proven track record in Google & Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads is a plus) Experience managing multi-brand social accounts (posting, scheduling, community management) Strong grasp of SEO basics, keyword research, and content alignment Data-driven mindset—comfortable optimizing to hard numbers, not vanity metrics Agency experience preferred Bonus Points Familiarity with video content workflows (briefing, editing inputs, posting) Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho Ability to draft sharp ad copies and social captions
