Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bengaluru. The individual will be actively involved in generating and nurturing leads, conducting detailed market research, and building relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities may include identifying opportunities for growth, collaborating with team members to achieve business goals, and providing exceptional customer service to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate business opportunities effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue potential opportunities
• Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and address inquiries effectively
• Proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the sports or education industry would be an advantage
