Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed specifications for IT development teams.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and diagrams.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
• Familiarity with business process modeling and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
