Business Development & Sales Executive

As a Business Development & Sales Executive in the EdTech industry at Student Tribe, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential students to understand their learning needs and career aspirations. Your primary responsibility will be to counsel students on our wide range of IT and non-IT courses, guiding them towards successful enrollment. You will be required to communicate with students through various channels such as calls, emails, and meetings to assess their requirements accurately. Your goal will be to assist them in selecting the most suitable program that aligns with their career goals. It will be vital for you to maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, follow up consistently to drive conversions, and achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams will be essential to enhance lead quality and conversion rates. Additionally, representing Student Tribe at events, webinars, and outreach programs will be part of your responsibilities. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build rapport with students and parents, meet or exceed targets, and effectively manage interactions in the CRM system. To excel in this position, you should possess 0.6 to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or counseling within the EdTech sector. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the ability to quickly establish rapport with students and parents. A track record of goal achievement and familiarity with CRM tools are advantageous. A bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
