Business Development & Sales Executive

Person Must Have experience in Pharma Export or Wholesale Trading. This role will need to develop a healthy knowledge of the business offerings, services and products. Role & responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through offline and online lead generation, sales promotion, and marketing efforts on export data and online platforms. Manage online sales activities on Indiamart/Tradeindia platform for pharma products. Manage existing customer relationships to increase repeat purchases and referrals. Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using pharma products knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions on the website. Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance and also market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize online sales performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of export sales operations and domestic sales operations with the help of offline/online operations. Preferred candidate profile 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical products selling online and offline in export/domestic. Strong understanding of medicine Industry trends, pharma marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective sales development, effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets. Proficiency in using offline and online platforms for business development.
