Sales Executive / Business Development Representative (Junior Role) – Entry-Level B2B SaaS Sales @ Vujis

Compensation & Hours

• Base Salary: ₹40,000-50,000/month
• Commission: 5% on all deals
• On-Track Earnings (OTE): ₹80,000–₹1.2Lakh/month (if you perform well)
• Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM IST (Hybrid - 1 Day/week at the office)
• Office Location: Knowledge City, Hyderabad

What You’ll Be Doing

• Book and schedule calls for senior sales team members
• Qualify inbound leads who have already shown interest in our product
• Follow up with leads via email, WhatsApp, and calls
• Build trust and provide helpful, accurate information about the platform
• Keep CRM updated and organized
• Collaborate with the COO and senior reps to improve your skills and move up
