We are hiring a Business Development & Sales Executive to manage client engagement, lead conversion, and customer handling through office-based communication channels. Role Summary The Business Development & Sales Executive will focus on converting provided leads into successful sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer servicing—all through office-based calls and digital interactions. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with assigned leads provided by the company. Engage with clients, explain offerings clearly, and resolve queries effectively. Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures. Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous follow-ups. Provide excellent customer handling and post-sales support to ensure satisfaction. Update and maintain client records, sales progress, and CRM systems accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and customer service delivery. Candidate Profile Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA preferred) in Sales/Marketing or related field. 2–5 years’ proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing (B2C focus).
