About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, articulate, and high-performance Business Development & Sales Associate to drive lead qualification, consultative selling, and conversion for our flagship, high-value workshops for founders and entrepreneurs, “From Growth to Greatness: Building a Brand-Led Enterprise.”
Please note that this is not cold calling. You’ll be working with high-intent leads like entrepreneurs, CXOs, founders, and senior professionals, and your role is to guide them through a structured decision-making process, qualify fit, and communicate value with clarity and confidence. Some of these folks include individuals from highly coveted companies/organizations.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective participants and will play a critical role in helping them say yes to a high-impact learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Engage inbound leads via email, WhatsApp, and phone within 24 hours of interest
Conduct qualification calls to assess business size, team, intent, and fit
Pitch the workshop with professionalism and value-based positioning
Manage follow-ups and maintain warm relationships with undecided leads
Track leads using internal tools and maintain clean data
Report progress and daily activities to the program lead
Assist in refining sales messages and objection-handling scripts
Coordinate with marketing and content teams for workshop prep if required
