Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Market Research:
  • Identify and research potential clients (individuals, investors, and organizations).
  • Develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions (properties, investments, leases, etc.).
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales & Negotiation:
  • Present property options and negotiate deals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to present to prospective clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop strategies that enhance business development efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales leads, and progress using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
