Job Description

US Market Growth Executive (BDR)

What You'll Do

  • Scout and prospect new U.S. enterprise accounts across verticals (HR, FinTech, RegTech, SaaS)
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and qualification to hand off high-potential leads to Account Executives
  • Build and execute a territory plan with focused outreach (cold, email, social, events)
  • Partner with Marketing & Product to localize messaging, campaigns, and collaterals for U.S. audience
  • Track and optimize metrics: pipeline volume, conversion rates, response rates, deal velocity
  • Become an evangelist for AuthBridge's trust, compliance, and security story.

What You Bring

  • 13 years of inside sales, business development, or SDR experience (preferably in B2B SaaS)
  • Experience selling to U.S. enterprises (or a strong understanding of U.S. market dynamics & decision cycles)
  • Strong self-starter with hustle mindsetcomfortable working independently
