Business Development Representative (US Market)

Role Overview: As a US Market Growth Executive (BDR) at our company, you will play a crucial role in expanding AuthBridges" presence in the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, assess their needs, and initiate discussions to drive growth in the US market. Key Responsibilities: - Scout and identify new enterprise accounts in various sectors such as HR, FinTech, RegTech, and SaaS within the US market - Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and qualification processes to identify high-potential leads for handoff to Account Executives - Develop and implement a strategic territory plan that includes targeted outreach efforts through cold calls, emails, social media, and events - Collaborate with the Marketing & Product teams to customize messaging, campaigns, and marketing materials for the US audience - Monitor and improve key metrics including pipeline volume, conversion rates, response rates, and deal velocity - Act as a passionate advocate for AuthBridges" offerings related to trust, compliance, and security. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or SDR roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry - Demonstrated experience in selling to US enterprises or a strong understanding of the US market dynamics and decision-making processes - Proven ability to work independently, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets.,
