Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the company. You will be responsible for procuring new clients through various channels such as direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients is crucial. Additionally, maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention is key. You will also suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may interest clients, craft business proposals, and negotiate with clients to secure favorable prices. Equipping staff with necessary technical and social skills to enhance sales is part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, reviewing clients" feedback and implementing necessary changes to remain relevant in the market is essential. The work schedule includes day shifts with weekend availability and a performance bonus. The job requires the ability to commute/relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
