Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, your role involves familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the company. You will be responsible for procuring new clients through various channels such as direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients is crucial. Additionally, maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention is key. You will also suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may interest clients, craft business proposals, and negotiate with clients to secure favorable prices. Equipping staff with necessary technical and social skills to enhance sales is part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, reviewing clients" feedback and implementing necessary changes to remain relevant in the market is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the company - Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department - Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients - Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients - Suggest upgrades or added products and services of interest to clients - Craft business proposals and contracts to increase revenue - Negotiate with clients to secure attractive prices - Equip staff with technical and social skills for enhanced sales - Review clients" feedback and implement necessary changes - Stay updated on consumption trends to ensure relevance of offerings Qualifications Required: - Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar field - Extensive sales experience - Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior - Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products/services - Professional yet affable disposition - Great networking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Resourceful with outstanding research skills - Emboldened by challenges The job offers cell phone reimbursement as a benefit. The work schedule includes day shifts with weekend availability and a performance bonus. The job requires the ability to commute/relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. If selected for this role, your immediate availability to join will be required. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience (preferred) and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.,
