About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and confident professional to join our international calling team. If you have experience in outbound/inbound calling, lead generation, or sales process and are comfortable working in an early shift, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to Australian clients/prospects.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert into opportunities.
Maintain daily call logs, reports, and CRM updates.
Meet targets related to calls, leads, and conversions.

What We’re Looking For:

6 months to 1 year of experience in international calling/customer service (preferably Australian or UK shift).
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken & written).
Confidence in handling client conversations.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
