Business Development Representative (BDR)

Identify and qualify new business opportunities across BFSI,Healthcare, SaaS, and Technology sectors in India Collaborate closely with GoogleCloud FSRs, Partner Engineers (PEs), and Partner Managers to drive jointsales opportunities Execute outbound campaigns via emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, and virtual events Leverage tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io , Clay.io , Instantly, Nook, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation andtracking Follow up on partnerreferrals, Google-led events, and webinars to convert interest intomeetings Support go-to-market motions for key offerings such as Looker migrations, Vertex AI solutions, andGenAI-powe'red custom applications Requirements 13 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales,or BDR roles focused on Indian enterprises Prior experience selling professionalservices or IT consulting (not product/SaaS sales) Exposure to cloudplatforms (Google Cloud or AWS) , and understanding of services-led sales Familiarity with dataanalytics, AI/ML, or GenAI projects Excellent written and verbal communication; confident inengaging mid-to-senior level stakeholders Hands-on with CRM andoutbound sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Willingness to learn, grow, and transition into a quota-carrying inside sales role in thefuture Bonus if you have experience in Google Cloudpartner ecosystem WhyJoin SquareShift Strong co-sell motionwith Google Cloud field teams Real opportunities to work on cloud, data, and GenAI transformation projects Transparent culture with highownership and fast growth Clear path to move from BDR to a full-time inside sales role with revenue targets Exposure to cutting-edge enterprise tech and emerging AI solutions
