Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI agents usingstate-of-the-art machine learning and natural language processing techniques.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams tointegrate AI agents into various applications and platforms.

Conduct research to advance the capabilities ofAI agents, including improving their conversational abilities, decision-makingprocesses, and adaptability.

Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance,scalability, and efficiency.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements inAI and machine learning technologies and apply them to enhance our products.

Experience With Vertex AI Platform, Along withConversational Agent, DialogFlow

Understanding of Prompt Engineering, AgenticFramework, Google ADK, MCP, RAG

Debug and troubleshoot issues related to AI agentperformance and functionality.

Document development processes, code, andresearch findings.
Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in ComputerScience, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing AI agents orsimilar applications

Proven experience in GCP Landscape and Vertex AI.

Strong programming skills in languages such asPython or Java..

Experience with machine learning frameworks andlibraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP)techniques and tools.

Familiarity with reinforcement learning and otherAI methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention todetail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
