Business Development Representative (Adtech/SSP)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SSP BDR to expand and manage our global supply-side relationships. The role is critical in scaling our SSP and ADX platforms by onboarding premium publishers, apps, and CTV partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and onboard new supply partners including websites, apps, and CTV publishers globally.
• Manage ongoing relationships with publishers and supply partners to optimize yield and revenue.
• Coordinate with tech and product teams for integration and troubleshooting.
• Analyze supply performance and recommend improvements.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new supply opportunities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in supply-side partnerships, ad networks, or SSPs.
• Strong network of publishers and media owners.
• Solid knowledge of SSP, header bidding, OpenRTB, and monetization strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
