Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in private & government sectors
• Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships
• Prepare proposals, RFPs, and tenders in coordination with technical teams
• Oversee project execution from contract signing to handover, ensuring client satisfaction
• Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Represent MSS at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development and project management (preferably in AV, lighting, events, or experiential installations)
• Strong client network in corporate and/or government sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of managing projects and cross-functional teams
• Self-driven, professional, and detail-oriented
