With nearly 70 years of expertise, MSS has delivered technical excellence for: Permanent installations at monuments, heritage buildings, restaurants, theatres & clubs Immersive projects including digital museums, experience centres, son-et-lumière shows, projection mapping, musical fountains, façade lighting & auditoriums Live events & entertainment — music tours, theatre, weddings, and corporate shows with the largest equipment inventory in India We are seeking an experienced Manager – Business Development & Projects to strengthen our client partnerships and lead the execution of iconic projects across India. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities in private & government sectors Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships Prepare proposals, RFPs, and tenders in coordination with technical teams Oversee project execution from contract signing to handover, ensuring client satisfaction Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Represent MSS at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings Requirements 5+ years of experience in business development and project management (preferably in AV, lighting, events, or experiential installations) Strong client network in corporate and/or government sectors Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven track record of managing projects and cross-functional teams Self-driven, professional, and detail-oriented What We Offer Opportunity to work on prestigious national projects in heritage, entertainment, and experiential sectors A collaborative work culture with a strong focus on innovation Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities within one of India’s most respected AV & lighting companies
