Business Development Professional

As a Sales & Business Development professional, your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities for SaaS products. You will be expected to establish and nurture strong relationships with both potential and existing clients, as well as devise and implement strategies to boost revenue growth. Your role will also involve lead generation through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing, and effectively managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure. Understanding customer requirements to offer customized SaaS solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention will be crucial aspects of your job. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for product enhancement and marketing strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts will also be essential. The ideal candidate for this position should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the SaaS or IT industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are paramount, along with familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based solutions, and CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets, coupled with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, will be advantageous. Prior experience in the Staffing, SaaS, or IT sectors is highly preferred.,
