Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
  • Conduct cold calls, client visits, and product presentations.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Qwind products.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, order processing, and timely delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth areas.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales in building materials, fenestration, or construction industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Own vehicle for client visits (preferred).

Education:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
