Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
Conduct cold calls, client visits, and product presentations.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Qwind products.
Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, order processing, and timely delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth areas.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development or sales in building materials, fenestration, or construction industry preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Own vehicle for client visits (preferred).

Education:

Graduate in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
