Job Description

Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Professional /Inside Sales professional to join our IT Outsourcing team. You'll be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

3. Understand client needs and provide tailored IT manpower outsourcing solutions.

4. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team growth.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., delivery, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

1. Proven inside sales experience, preferably in IT or staffing industry.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

4. Basic knowledge of IT and manpower outsourcing concepts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
