We're seeking a Business Development Professional who is entrepreneurial, independent, and passionate about driving results. We’re not hiring an employee. We’re looking for a partner. Role: Business Development | Remote | Profit-Sharing | 2+ Years Experience We’re a small design studio, growing steadily and we’re looking for someone who wants to build with us, not just work for us. If you: Have 2+ years of experience in business development/sales Are confident in client conversations and lead generation Prefer flexible, remote work (own laptop is a plus!) Are open to working on a profit-sharing model Want to be an independent contributor, not just a 9–5 employee (Maybe even a mom or a returning professional ready to own your time again) Then this is the opportunity.
