About the Role

This role is designed for a competent, confident, and organised young professional who wants to grow into a future Business Development Strategist or Client Partner.

As a Business Development & Operations Assistant, you’ll work directly with the Founder — learning the real business side of marketing, branding, and sales strategy.

You’ll handle calling, client coordination, data management, and marketing documentation — building the foundation for Neevstone’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Client Coordination

  • Make outbound calls to potential SME clients and fix appointments.
  • Maintain follow-ups via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Support in proposal preparation and client documentation.
  • Maintain CRM sheets, client database, and lead reports.

2. Marketing & Operations Support

  • Assist in marketing campaigns, brand documentation, and pitch presentations.
  • Coordinate with creative and strategy teams for ongoing client deliverables.
  • Support market research and industry mapping for new client opportunities.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and ensure follow-up consistency.

3. Founder Assistance

  • Schedule meetings and manage follow-up routines.
  • Summarise client discussions into actionable notes.
  • Learn and implement Neevstone’s proprietary systems (Byfluence, Bunik, UGstyle).

Required Education & Experience

  • Education:
  • Graduate in BBA / BMS / B.Com / BA (Mass Communication, English, Psychology) or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • 1–2 years in client coordination, telecalling, sales support, or marketing operations.
  • (Internship or part-time experience also counts.)

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi is a must.
  • Strong in follow-ups, organisation, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Presentable, confident on phone and email.
  • Fast learner, curious about branding and business.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, creative environment.

  • Business Development & Operations Assistant (0–1 year)
  • → Learn business systems, client handling, and BD strategy foundations.
  • Junior Business Development Executive (1–2 years)
  • → Handle leads, manage accounts, and contribute to marketing campaigns.
  • Business Development Manager (3–4 years)
  • → Lead client relationships, pitch large accounts, and shape marketing directions.

Compensation

  • Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: After 3 months, based on reliability and conversion support.
