What You'll Do

• Collaborate with our strategy and content team to bring brand stories to life through stunning visual design.
• Design brand identity systems (logos, colour palettes, typography) for Indian SMEs with big dreams.
• Work on campaigns, pitch decks, presentations, social media, packaging, brochures, ads, and websites.
• Translate briefs into clear, on-brand, creative solutions — fast and innovative.
• Participate in brainstorming, moodboarding, and ideation sessions.
• Stay updated with design trends but know when to follow them — and when to break them.
• Contribute to building an in-house culture of creativity, innovation, and purpose.

What You Must Have

• 1–3 years of professional design experience (agency or brand side).
• A solid portfolio that shows your range — identity, social media, branding, etc.
• Firm grasp of layout, typography, colour, and brand design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• A strong sense of ownership, humility, and hunger to learn.

Bonus If You Have

• Animation or motion design skills (After Effects or similar).
• Experience in designing for Indian audiences, particularly in the SME sector.
• An interest in branding, strategy, or user experience design.
• A personal creative pursuit (illustration, photography, art, etc.).
