Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and other stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Analyze sales data to optimize business performance. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance. Strong knowledge of financial products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
