Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales efforts. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on business development. Strong knowledge of emerging enterprise banking products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and performance metrics. Experience working with used car sales teams or similar industries is an added advantage.
