Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Officer – Redevelopment Real Estate Projects Responsibilities: Identify Redevelopment Opportunities Source and evaluate potential redevelopment projects in residential societies. Society Liaison Build and maintain strong relationships with society office bearers and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact and facilitate seamless communication throughout the project cycle. DCPR Compliance Utilize knowledge of Development Control and Planning Regulations (DCPR) to assess project feasibility and compliance. PMC Coordination Liaise with Project Management Consultants (PMCs) to foster business opportunities and ensure smooth collaboration. Business Development Strategy Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new redevelopment projects and expand the company's portfolio. Proposal Preparation Prepare and present compelling proposals to societies, outlining the benefits and value propositions of redevelopment. Requirements: Experience: 2–5 years in business development, preferably in the real estate sector. Skills: Strong knowledge of DCPR and redevelopment procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and build long-term relationships. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Redevelopment Experience: Prior experience in society liaison or redevelopment projects.
