Business Development Officer

As a dynamic Business Development Officer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to drive channel sales and expand our dealer network for Crosslock - The Self-Locking Cover Block. You will be instrumental in building strong relationships with dealers, architects, engineers, and contractors to promote our product effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, onboard, and nurture new dealers to expand channel sales. - Engage with architects, engineers, and contractors to create awareness and generate demand for Crosslock. - Utilize digital and telecommunication channels to follow up with leads obtained through digital marketing efforts. - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. - Conduct market research to identify opportunities and enhance channel sales strategies. - Provide product training and marketing support to dealers for effective promotion of Crosslock. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the construction industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish long-term relationships. - Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team. - Willingness to travel within assigned regions for business development activities.
