We’re Hiring: Business Development Officer (Retail Partnerships) Location: Kochi, Kerala | Type: Full-time | Experience: 3–5 years Salary: ₹25K fixed + ₹15K incentives + annual bonus + insurance Who We Are At Memorytrain , we don’t just make products — we tell stories. We’re growing fast — and we need someone who gets great design , has sales fire in their belly , and wants to help build something iconic. What You’ll Be Doing Your mission? Grow Memorytrain’s retail footprint — take our story-driven products into the coolest stores across the country (and soon, abroad!). You’ll: Reach out to retail stores, cafés, concept spaces — and get our products on their shelves Attend pop-ups, exhibitions, and design fairs to represent the brand Keep things organized — track store performance, manage inventory, and share reports Stay curious — study the market, know what’s trending, and suggest smart ideas Be the voice of the market — bring insights back to our design and product team Occasionally support B2B and bulk gifting leads with a pitch or follow-up Where You’ll Be Focused South India to start with — Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai Dubai operations will also open up — you might just find yourself pitching overseas You’ll talk to store owners, architects, design curators, even HR heads at big companies What We’re Looking For You’ve sold before: 3–5 years in sales (preferably design, lifestyle, or gifting) You love good design: If you walk into a space and notice the lighting, colour palette, or layout — we’re already vibing You communicate like a pro: Clear, honest, and persuasive — in-person, over the phone, or on WhatsApp Languages: English is a must.
