Job Description

  • Engage with decision-makers (C-level, VP, Director) at global/international clients to present NeoSOFTs solutions and GCC capabilities.
  • Conduct solutionoriented discussions and demos in coordination with pre-sales/technical teams to demonstrate value and differentiation.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, manage proposals, contract discussions, close deals, and ensure hand-off to delivery/account management teams.
  • Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPI’s (pipeline, conversion, revenue, margin).
  • Maintain CRM records, forecast sales, prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Stay abreast of market/industry trends, competitor offerings, client challenges and feed insights to marketing/offer teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (pre-sales, delivery, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless client experience and address any issues during proposal/delivery transition.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (ideally 5-10 years or above depending on level) in IT services / software sales / offshore/near-shore delivery sales environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (C-suite) and articulate business value of technology/outsourcing services.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales process pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, resilient, ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic/international) as required.
  • Strong understanding of global delivery models, offshore/near-shore outsourcing, and IT services landscape is a plus.
