Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, and dynamic female Business Development Officer (BDO) who is sharp, zealous, and ready to take charge of our marketing and client engagement strategies. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue, enhancing our brand presence, and helping Cyrasoft reach new heights. Key Responsibilities: Strategically plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition and brand visibility. Design and publish compelling content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Justdial. Handle inbound leads and client queries with professionalism and urgency. Make confident outbound calls and pitch our services effectively to generate new business. Launch and manage social media ad campaigns to generate leads and track ROI. Assist with basic HR and office coordination activities as required. Prepare regular performance reports and maintain consistency in brand voice and campaign frequency.
