As an ideal candidate for this role at Menora Homes, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate leads for architectural and PMC projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building strong relationships with builders, landowners, architects, and potential clients. - Responding to project enquiries, preparing presentations, and following up on proposals. - Representing Menora Homes in meetings, webinars, and client visits. - Collaborating with the design and project management team to align client needs with our offerings. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. - Assisting in branding, digital campaigns, and outreach events. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications: - Education: Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred) - Experience: - Total work: 10 years (Required) - Construction management: 1 year (Required) Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for a performance bonus. The work location is in person, and proficiency in English is required for this role.
