Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. In this position, you will need to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and positioning will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape. Additionally, preparing and presenting proposals and presentations to prospective clients will be crucial. The job type for this position is full-time and permanent, with a performance bonus included. The preferred education level is secondary (10th pass), and a total of 10 years of work experience is required, including at least 1 year in construction management.
